NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Graystone Consulting, a business of Morgan Stanley, announced today that Garry W. Bridgeman, Certified Investment Management Analyst^SM, has joined the Firm's Wealth Management office in Atlanta as an Executive Director, Financial Advisor and Institutional Consulting Director.

Mr. Bridgeman specializes in providing consulting services to philanthropic organizations, governments, corporations and individuals. He worked at Merrill Lynch for over 34 years as a Global Institutional Consultant and Private Wealth Advisor and most recently with the Private Banking & Investment Group.

He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Indiana and began his career as a financial advisor in Jackson, Mississippi where he became the first African-American employed by a major broker dealer in the state's history.
