Campus Crest Communities, Inc. Announces Reopening of 8.00% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock

CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Campus Crest Communities, Inc. (NYS: CCG) (the "Company") today announced a reopening of its 8.00% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock in an underwritten public offering.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for the repayment of debt, future development or for other general corporate and working capital purposes.


BofA Merrill Lynch, Raymond James, Barclays, Citigroup and RBC Capital Markets are serving as joint book-running managers for the offering. Baird, MLV & Co. LLC, BBVA, Capital One Securities, and PNC Capital Markets LLC are serving as co-managers.

An automatic shelf registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
