KBR Keeps Dividend Steady

Global engineering and construction firm KBRannounced today its third-quarter dividend of $0.08 per share, the same rate it's paid for the past three quarters after raising the payout 60% from $0.05 per share.

The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on Jan. 15, 2014 to holders of record at the close of business on December 13. The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.32-per-share annual dividend, yielding 0.9% based on the closing price today of KBR's stock.
