Alamo Group Keeps Dividend Steady

Agricultural equipment manufacturer Alamo Groupannounced today its third-quarter dividend of $0.07 per share, the same rate it's paid for the past three quarters after raising the payout nearly 17% from $0.16 per share.

The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on October 30 to holders of record at the close of business on October 16. The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.28-per-share annual dividend, yielding 0.6% based on the closing price today of Alamo Group's stock.
