PIMCO Dynamic Income Fund Raises Its Monthly Common Share Dividend to $0.191
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Trustees of PIMCO Dynamic Income Fund (the "Fund") (NYS: PDI) announced today that it declared a monthly dividend of $.191 per common share, a 7.9% increase from the prior month's dividend.
The dividend will be payable on November 1, 2013 to shareholders of record on October 11, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of October 9, 2013.
The Fund's investment objective is to seek current income as a primary objective and capital appreciation as a secondary objective. There can be no assurance that the Fund will meet its stated objectives.
Allianz Global Investors Fund Management LLC ("AGIFM"), an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of Allianz Asset Management of America, L.P., serves as the Fund's investment manager and is a member of Munich-based Allianz Group.
