First Internet Bancorp Files Registration Statement with SEC forProposed Public Offering of Common Stock

INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- First Internet Bancorp (NAS: INBK) announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) relating to a proposed underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock having an aggregate offering price of $25.0 million. In addition, the Company expects to grant the underwriters the option to purchase additional shares having an aggregate offering price of up to $3.75 million to cover over-allotments.

Sandler O'Neill + Partners, L.P. is the sole book-running manager of the offering and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc. is acting as co-manager. This offering will be made only by means of a prospectus.
