Updated

Diversified closed-end management investment company ING Prime Rate Trustannounced today its September dividend of $0.0315 per share, 4.5% lower than it paid last month. This represents the 304th consecutive monthly dividend since the Trust's inception in May 1988.

The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on October 22 to holders of record at the close of business on October 10.

Distribution rates are calculated by annualizing dividends declared during the period and then dividing the resulting annualized dividend by the month-ending NAV or the month-end closing price on the NYSE composite.
