Less than two weeks after launch, iOS 7 adoption has already reached more than 60%. Prompt software updates have always been a key competitive strength for Apple , and the rollout of its latest major version of iOS is a testament to that. The company also said it now has 11 million users of its new iTunes Radio service. Incumbent music streamer Pandora potentially has the most to lose from iTunes Radio's rising popularity. Pandora now as a little over 72 million active listeners, so investors will want to see whether that figure comes under pressure.
There has also now been a leak suggesting Apple will bring Touch ID to the iPad Mini, along with the gold color option that made its debut in the iPhone 5s. Along with the possibility of a Retina Display, the second-generation iPad Mini could be quite a compelling upgrade that may boost sales over the holidays.
