Sunrise Telecom Declares a Return of Capital Distribution

SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Sunrise Telecom Incorporated (Pink Sheets: SRTI) today announced a return of capital distribution of $0.10 per common share. The distribution will be paid on October 4, 2013, to holders of record on September 27, 2013. This distribution will be treated as a return of capital for tax purposes.
