("Zoltek" or the "Company") (NAS: ZOLT) concerning the proposed acquisition of the Company by Toray Industries Inc. ("Toray"). Under the terms of the proposed transaction, Zoltek stockholders will receive $16.75 in cash for each share of Zoltek owned, valuing the transaction at $584 million.
