American Realty Sets October Dividend

Single-tenant commercial property operator American Realty Capital Propertiesannounced today its monthly October dividend of $0.07583 per share, the same rate it's paid for the past three months after raising the payout 1%, from $0.075 per share.

The board of directors said the dividend is payable on Oct. 15 to the holders of record at the close of business on Oct. 8. The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.91-per-share annual dividend, yielding 7.3% based on the closing price today of American Realty Capital Properties' stock.
