Interactive Intelligence to Host CXPA Customer Experience Networking Event

The event, which is open to any business professional responsible for the customer service experience, will take place in Indianapolis Oct. 1

INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Interactive Intelligence Group Inc. (NAS: ININ) , a global provider of software and services designed to improve the customer experience, is hosting a CX Day networking event Tuesday, Oct. 1. The complimentary event, to be held from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Interactive Intelligence corporate headquarters at 7601 Interactive Way, Indianapolis, is open to any local-area business professional responsible for the customer service experience.


CX Day was created by the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), the international non-profit organization created to guide and enhance the growing field of customer experience management. This inaugural CX Day was designed as a global celebration of companies and people that create great experiences for their customers.

The Interactive Intelligence CX Day networking event will include the opportunity to meet with peers to share ideas about improving their customers' experiences. Participants can also learn more about the CXPA, while discussing ways to expand the value of future CXPA networking events in the Indianapolis area.
