OMAHA, Neb.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The board of directors of ConAgra Foods, Inc., (NYS: CAG) approved a dividend payment of $0.25 per common share to be paid on Dec. 3, 2013, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Oct. 31, 2013.
