Where Is Microsoft's Surface Mini?

Microsoft is moving too slowly in getting a mini tablet to market, Fool contributor Tim Beyers says in the following video.

Look at the numbers. Apple had been preparing to sell anywhere from 40 million to 55 million iPad Minis this year alone. Google Nexus 7 has also proven to be popular, at one point accounting for 10% of all Android tablets sold. Why isn't Microsoft cashing in on the trend, especially when its larger Surface tablets have failed to sell nearly as well as Mr. Softy hoped?
