Foundation Medicine Prices Initial Public Offering of Common Stock
CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Foundation Medicine, Inc. today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 5,888,888 shares of common stock at a price of $18.00 per share, before underwriting discounts. All of the common stock is being offered by Foundation Medicine. In addition, the underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 883,333 shares of common stock from Foundation Medicine at the public offering price, before underwriting discounts. The company's shares are expected to begin trading on The NASDAQ Global Select Market on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 under the trading symbol "FMI."
