NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Time Warner Cable Inc. (NYS: TWC) today announced that its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Artie Minson will participate in place of CEO Glenn Britt at the Goldman Sachs Communacopia Conference on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 in New York, NY.
