H+K Strategies Appoints Monica Bouldin General Manager for Los Angeles and Irvine Offices

NEW YORK and LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Hill+Knowlton Strategies (H+K) announced today the appointment of Monica Bouldin, an experienced public relations management executive with more than 20 years in the field, to general manager of the global communications firm's Southern California offices of Los Angeles and Irvine. Her first day with the firm will be Sept. 25.

In this region we have incredible talent at all levels as well as clients across many sectors, from entertainment and automotive to health care and technology," said Andy Weitz, U.S. president and CEO of Hill+Knowlton Strategies. "Monica's background and presence will be an exciting and energizing addition to the offices and to H+K."

Bouldin brings to H+K extensive experience in the market, as well as in consumer and entertainment marketing; corporate and multicultural communications; and brand and digital strategy. Most recently, she has been executive vice president, consumer and multicultural marketing, for Edelman in Los Angeles. Prior to that she was senior vice president, consumer marketing, for Ogilvy PR Worldwide in Los Angeles. Before that, Bouldin was a vice president for consumer, entertainment and technology at Ruder Finn in Los Angeles. Earlier in her career she served in-house at Warner Bros. Consumer Products and FOX Broadcasting Company. Bouldin earned her bachelor's degree in communications from California State University, Fullerton.
