DuPont Fabros Sets Regular and Preferred Dividends

Data center operator DuPont Fabros Technology announced today its third-quarter dividend of $0.25 per share, the same rate it paid last quarter after raising the payout to investors 25% from $0.20 per share.

The board also said it was paying dividends on two classes of preferred shares for the period from July 16, 2013 to October 15, 2013 as follows:

  • $0.4921875 per share dividend on the 7.875% Series A cumulative redeemable perpetual preferred stock

  • $0.4765625 per share dividend on the 7.625% Series B cumulative redeemable perpetual preferred stock

The board of directors said the dividends on the regular and preferred shares is payable on October 15 to holders of record at the close of business on October 4.


The regular dividend payment equates to a $1.00-per-share annual dividend, yielding 3.9% based on the closing price today of DuPont Fabros Technology's stock.
