ADT Maintains Dividend

ADT has secured its latest shareholder payout. The company declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.125 per share, to be paid on November 20 to shareholders of record as of October 30. That amount matches all four of its preceding distributions, the most recent of which was dispensed in August.

Since being spun off from Tyco International into a separate publicly traded company in October 2012, ADT has paid a dividend in every quarter.

The just-declared distribution annualizes to $0.50 per share. That yields 1.2% at ADT's most recent closing stock price of $42.88.
