You Should Be Embarrassed, Google

For as good as Google can be at disrupting huge industries, the search king is too often guilty of failing to sweat the small stuff, Fool contributor Tim Beyers says in the following video.

Look at Chrome. Google's browser fails to support dictation in Mac OS X. You know what does? Firefox, the Mozilla browser that also serves as a lightweight mobile OS for challenging Android in emerging markets. Embarrassing may be too polite a word to describe how bad this beat is for the search king, Tim says.

Google isn't the only loser here, either: Apple's Safari browser also fails to support OS X dictation in Docs. And of course there are Docs users to consider. Mac addicts expecting to use a full range of features have Firefox as their lone option.
