Williams-Sonoma Keeps Dividend Steady
Home furnishings retailer William-Sonoma announced today its third-quarter dividend of $0.31 per share, the same rate it's paid for the past two quarters after raising the payout 41%, from $0.20 per share.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on Nov. 25 to the holders of record at the close of business on Oct. 25. The regular dividend payment equates to a $1.24-per-share annual dividend, yielding 2.2% based on the closing price today of Williams-Sonoma's stock.
