Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Williams-Sonoma, Inc. (NYS: WSM) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.31 per common share. The dividend is payable on November 25, 2013 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on October 25, 2013. As of September 1, 2013, the Company had 95,704,002 shares of common stock outstanding.
