Is Apple's iPad Event Set for Oct. 15?

Apple's new iPhone 5s and 5c made their global debut Friday in the culmination of one of the most anticipated tech stories of the entire year.

As we roll toward October, the second major product launch for the tech giant should be quickly approaching as well. At some point next month, it's widely believed Apple will refresh its popular iPad line of tablets. What's in store is still anyone's guess. However, as was the case with the new iPhone in the months leading up to the launch, we're already seeing a flurry of speculation surrounding the popular tablet.

Word recently spread that Apple is planning to host its iPad launch event on Oct. 15. As we approach what is undoubtedly the second-most important storyline for Apple this year, Fool contributor Andrew Tonner considers the upcoming iPad rollout in the video below.
