Ennis, Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend

MIDLOTHIAN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Keith S. Walters, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ennis, Inc. (NYS: EBF) , a manufacturer of business forms, apparel and other business products headquartered in Midlothian, Texas, announced today that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 17 1/2 cents a share on its common stock. The dividend is payable November 1, 2013 to shareholders of record on October 7, 2013.
