EMERYVILLE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Jamba, Inc. (NAS: JMBA) today, along with many in the restaurant and foodservice industry, mourn the passing of Board Member Fritzi Woods. Ms. Woods joined the Company's Board in May of 2011 and was a member of its Audit Committee.
