Fleetmatics Announces Pricing of Follow-On Offering

Boston, Massachusetts and Dublin, Ireland--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fleetmatics Group PLC (NYS: FLTX) , a leading global provider of fleet management solutions for commercial fleet vehicles delivered as software-as-a-service (SaaS), announced today the pricing of 5,976,443 of its ordinary shares at a price to the public of $46.79 per share in a follow-on offering. All of the shares sold in the offering were offered by Fleetmatics Investor Holdings, L.P., the principal shareholder of the company. In addition, Fleetmatics Investor Holdings, L.P. granted the underwriters an option to purchase an additional 597,644 ordinary shares. Fleetmatics will not receive any proceeds from the sale of these shares.

Barclays and BofA Merrill Lynch are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. RBC Capital Markets, Stifel, William Blair and Pacific Crest Securities are acting as co-managers for the offering.
