Agilent Declares Fresh Dividend
Agilent Technologies has measured out another payout for its investors. The company declared its latest quarterly common stock dividend, which is to be $0.12 per share paid on October 23 to shareholders of record as of October 1. That amount matches both of its two preceding distributions, the most recent of which was dispensed in July. Prior to that, Agilent paid $0.10 per share.
The company is a relative newcomer to dividend payments. It began handing out a quarterly distribution in April 2012.
The just-declared dividend annualizes to $0.48 per share. That yields just under 1% at Agilent's most recent closing stock price of $49.32.
