State-Sanctioned Access to Cannabis Poised to Explode

SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- As Neutra Corp. (OTCBB: NTRR) moves forward with ambitious plans to deliver new technology innovations to the $1.7 billion U.S. medical marijuana (MMJ) industry, state-licensed markets for cannabis continue to expand rapidly. Up to 334 retail marijuana stores could soon be licensed to set up shop in Washington state.

Voters in Washington chose to legalize marijuana use in March, and the first dispensaries are expected to open next year. Producers, processers, growers and retailers will be able to apply for licenses starting November 16.

NTRR views these businesspeople as a potentially lucrative market for the technologies it's helping to market and develop. Through its subsidiary, Cannabis Technologies, NTRR is working to help introduce the next wave of healthier, more efficient delivery systems to the ever-growing MMJ market.

As part of an ambitious strategy to gain market share in a sector forecast to reach $6 billion over the next five years, NTRR has initiated development on innovative horticultural and delivery systems alongside current partners that could soon revolutionize the way cannabis is produced and consumed. Most recently, the company announced plans today to move forward with a joint venture agreement with Second Wave Ventures, LLC, a cutting-edge developer of cannabinoid products infused with healthy nutrients.

By providing innovative nutraceutical products and services such as new MMJ breakthroughs, Neutra Corp. plans to follow in the footsteps of other successful public companies including Cannabis Science, Inc. (OTCBB: CBIS), Medical Marijuana Inc. (OTCBB: MJNA) and Terra Tech Corp. (OTCBB: TRTC), delivering technological advancements in the cultivation and processing of cannabis in approved markets.
