SL Green Realty Keeps Dividend Steady

SL Green Realty plans to pay a dividend of $0.33 per share to investors this quarter.

The amount will be payable on Oct. 15 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 30, and the company has paid this amount since January 2013, after boosting its payout by 32%, from $0.25 per share.

Additionally, SL Green will be paying a regular dividend on Series I Preferred stock of $0.40625 per share, or an annualized $1.625. The latest amount will be payable on the same date as its common stock dividend.


Annualized, SL Green's common stock dividend payout adds to $1.32. The real estate company had a stock price of $90.82 as of the market's close on Sept. 16, which means SL Green's current dividend yields 1.4%.
