Ultimate Software to Participate in Thought-Leadership Panel Sponsored by the SHRM Foundation and th

WHAT:

The EIU is collaborating with the SHRM Foundation, an affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), on a multi-phase program to identify, analyze, and promote thought-provoking research on the most important themes affecting human capital management in the global marketplace. On September 16, the EIU and the SHRM Foundation will host a select group of 8 to 10 thought leaders from various fields who will discuss the critical trends and themes impacting the future of global talent and workforce dynamics. Among the participants will be Cecile Alper-Leroux, vice president of product strategy and product management at Ultimate Software.

In advance of the meeting, the EIU has launched a global executive survey to explore critical HR issues likely to affect the workplace within the next decade. The EIU and SHRM will share the results of the survey with the panel of experts, and in the meeting, the panel will identify broad research themes as well as provide high-level insights into business and workforce trends. In addition to Alper-Leroux, participants in the panel will include senior executives, economists, academics, think-tank representatives, sociologists, demographers, political scientists, consultants, and technologists.
