HOLLYWOOD, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Komlossy Law, P.A. is investigating the Board of Directors of Boise, Inc. ("Boise") or the "Company") (NYS: BZ) for possible breaches of fiduciary duty and other violations of state law in connection with their attempt to complete a sale of the Company to Packaging Corporation of America ("PKG") in a transaction valued at approximately $1.995 billion. Pursuant to the terms of the proposed transaction, Boise shareholders are to receive $12.55 for each share of the Company.
