Invesco Mortgage Decreases Dividend
Residential and commercial mortgage-backed securities REIT Invesco Mortgage Capitalannounced today its third-quarter dividend of $0.50 per share. This is down 23% from its previous quarterly payout of $0.65 per share.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on Oct. 28 to holders of record at the close of business on Sept. 26. The regular dividend payment equates to a $2.00-per-share annual dividend, yielding 12.5% based on the closing price today of Invesco Mortgage Capital stock.
