Assurant Solutions Partners With Bluegrass Cellular to Launch Pocket Geek, an Innovative Mobile Device Self-Help System
ATLANTA & ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Assurant Solutions, a global leader in mobile device protection, and Kentucky-based wireless carrier Bluegrass Cellular today announce the release of Pocket Geek, an innovative mobile self-help app designed to help Bluegrass Cellular customers anticipate, diagnose and solve technical problems with their own mobile devices.
Pocket Geek can be downloaded free of charge to a Bluegrass Cellular mobile device where it runs in the background and supplies diagnostic information. When Pocket Geek identifies a potential problem, it alerts the user and, when possible, offers do-it-yourself solutions to prevent or fix the problem.
