Capstead Mortgage Declares Q3 Dividends
Capstead Mortgage has elected not to veer from its existing common stock dividend policy. The real estate investment trust declared a distribution of $0.31 per share for its Q3, to be handed out on October 18 to shareholders of record as of September 30. That amount matches both of Capstead Mortgage's two preceding disbursements, the most recent of which was paid in July.
Holders of the company's series E preferred stock will also get a payout. The company is to dispense $0.46875 per share of that security on October 15 to holders of record as of September 30.
The just-declared common stock dividend annualizes to $1.24 per share. That yields 10.4% at Capstead Mortgage's most recent closing stock price of $11.92.
