Dow Declares Quarterly Dividend of 32 Cents per Share

MIDLAND, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Dow Chemical Company (NYS: DOW) has declared a dividend of 32 cents per share, payable Oct. 30, 2013, to shareholders of record on Sept. 30, 2013.

This marks the 408th consecutive cash dividend issued by the Company. Dow has paid its shareholders cash dividends every quarter since 1912.
