CapLease Keeping Steady Dividend

Real estate investment trust CapLease has announced plans to pay a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0775 per share.

The REIT has paid this amount since April 2013, after upping its payout 3.3% from $0.075. Annualized, the company's current dividend payout adds to $0.31 per share of common stock.

CapLease's latest dividend will be payable on Oct. 15 for all shareholders of record as of the close of business on Sept. 23. The company's stock was trading at $8.49 as of the market's close on Sept. 10, which means CapLease's current dividend yield factors out to 3.6%.
