Time Warner Cable Names Mark FitzPatrick Senior Vice President and CFO of Residential Services

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Time Warner Cable today announced that Mark FitzPatrick has been promoted to the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Residential Services, reporting to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Artie Minson. In this new role, FitzPatrick will oversee all areas of finance for the Company's Residential, Media and Video operations. He will work closely with Bill Goetz, COO of Residential Services; Joan Gillman, COO of Media Services; and Melinda Witmer, Chief Video and Content Officer.

"Mark is an accomplished leader with an intimate understanding of the drivers of our business. He will hit the ground running and have an immediate impact in this critically important role," said Minson.


FitzPatrick most recently served as Senior Vice President of Finance responsible for financial planning and analysis, as well as overseeing capital planning and forecasting for Time Warner Cable. In addition, FitzPatrick provided finance support for various internal departments including Media, Video, Technology & Network Operations, Investor Relations, Strategy, New Business Development and Human Resources.

Prior to joining Time Warner Cable in 2006, FitzPatrick served as Vice President of Corporate Development at AOL Inc., where he was responsible for coordinating AOL's worldwide mergers and acquisitions activity. Before joining AOL in 2003 FitzPatrick was a Vice President in Citigroup's Investment Banking Division (previously, Salomon Smith Barney).

FitzPatrick earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance with honors from the University of Notre Dame and a joint J.D./M.B.A with honors from Georgetown University.
