Ignite Restaurant Group Announces Grand Opening of Joe's Crab Shack in Newark, New Jersey
HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ignite Restaurant Group (NAS: IRG) today announced the opening of its newest Joe's Crab Shack restaurant, located in Newark, New Jersey. The 5,300 square-foot restaurant, attached to the Courtyard Newark Downtown-Marriott, is located at 860 Broad Street. This location is the seventh in New Jersey and will be open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to midnight and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. The location can accommodate 178 guests and will employ nearly 140 team members from the local area.
The Joe's Crab Shack "100% Shore" menu offers Southern flavors and spices that add a delicious, unexpected twist to fresh seafood from the highest quality sources. Menu standards include Steampots, seafood entrees and mouth-watering crab dishes featuring Dungeness, snow and king crab. The Newark location will also offer new fall menu promotion items including the Southern Fried Maine Lobster, BBQ Dungeness Crab, Shrimp and Cheddar Grits and the Ragin' Cajun Steampot, along with the new Outlaw Moonshine cocktails.
