Ron Cook Promoted to Corporate Senior Vice President

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- L-3 Communications (NYS: LLL) announced today the promotion of Ron Cook to corporate senior vice president. He will continue to lead L-3's London Operations organization, reporting to L-3's executive vice president of corporate strategy and development, Curtis Brunson. Mr. Cook has led L-3 London Operations since it was established in 2005.

"Ron has been a very effective leader and strategist for L-3 in the United Kingdom, where our business and customer base are broad and diverse in the aerospace, defense and civil markets," said Michael T. Strianese, L-3's chairman, president and chief executive officer. "The U.K. is L-3's largest overseas customer, with increasing sales year-over-year.
