Kelly Bell joins Cardinal Bank As Senior Vice President, Retail Banking Manager
TYSONS CORNER, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cardinal Bank (NAS: CFNL) announced today that Kelly Bell has joined the company as Senior Vice President, Retail Banking Manager. Bell brings two decades of retail banking and management experience to the position, most recently with Virginia Commerce Bank, where she held the position of Senior Vice President, Retail Banking Operations. As Retail Banking Manager, Bell will oversee the performance of Cardinal's 28 retail banking offices and the bank's Call Center. She will manage the Retail Administration Team, which has been expanded to include the new role of Regional Sales and Service Managers.

Bell began her banking career at the Bank of New Hampshire. She joined Virginia Commerce Bank in 2000, and held positions of increasing responsibility within the retail banking division. Bell is a graduate of the Virginia Bankers School of Bank Management and of Leadership Alexandria.
