Incumaker Completes Acquisition of Cryogenic Therapy Company

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Incumaker, Inc. (OTC Pinks:QMKR) announced today that it had completed the acquisition of CryoMist I, LLC and CryoMist II, LLC (collectively, "CryoMist") with a third acquisition of CryoMist III, LLC planned to close by early 2014. CryoMist is on the forefront of Cryogenic Therapy which is the general use of low temperatures in medical therapy. CryoMist stimulates the body's natural healing abilities with extreme cold to induce responses on three levels: the Circulatory System, the Energy Meridians and the Nervous System. This elicits a powerful, positive and holistic response.

Ice or cold therapy has been used since the seventeenth century to decrease cellular metabolism, increase cellular survival, decrease inflammation, and promote vasoconstriction, and decrease pain and spasms. Using a unique nitrogen fueled chamber to lower the temperature surrounding the client, the CryoMist apparatus rapidly lowers the skin's temperature to 32°F while cabin temperature drops to a range of -270°F to -290°F below zero. CryoMist is focusing on the treatment of pain and inflammation from Sports Injuries, Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis and skin conditions like Psoriasis and Dermatitis.

CryoMist treatments are administered individually for up to three minutes. Due to the extreme cold, the brain stimulates the body's organ regulatory functions resulting in energy increase, cell rejuvenation, immune system boost, and overall system self-healing. Studies have shown that following each treatment increased metabolism burns from 500 to 800 calories over the next several hours. Additionally, anti-aging benefits due to the production of collagen have been shown in many cases. White papers demonstrating the results can be viewed through links on our website

The future business direction of the CryoMist division of Incumaker is the planned opening of numerous centers to provide the public access to this therapy, which to date has been primarily housed within the recovery centers of professional athletic teams located throughout the world. The two CryoMist facilities acquired as discussed above are located in Johns Creek, Georgia and Winter Garden, Florida.

Along with the acquisitions above which were affected pursuant to a Share Exchange Agreement, Incumaker has engaged an experienced team of professionals with the goal of returning the public company to fully-reporting status with the SEC.
