Potlach Maintains Dividend

Potlach is keeping its long shareholder payout streak alive. The real estate investment trust has declared its latest quarterly common stock dividend, which is to be $0.31 per share, paid on September 30 to holders of record as of September 17. That amount matches each of the firm's previous seven distributions, the most recent of which was paid in late June. Prior to that, Potlach was rather more generous, handing out $0.51 per share.

The REIT has been an extremely reliable dividend payer over the years. According to the company's records, it has handed out a disbursement in every quarter starting from March 1972.

The just-declared dividend annualizes to $1.24 per share. That yields 3.2% at Potlach's most recent closing stock price of $38.48.
