US Women's National Soccer Team Defender and Two-Time Olympic Gold Medalist Rachel Buehler Wins Inaugural Championship of National Women's Soccer League with Her Team Portland Thorns FC

Buehler is an advisory board member of LifeApps.

Rachel Buehler was a standout player for Stanford and joined the US Women's National Team in 2008 in the Algarve Cup and has won two Olympic Gold Medals with the team as well as making it to the Women's World Cup Final in 2011. She was allocated to the Portland Thorns FC in January as one of three members of the US Women's National Team on the squad along with Alex Morgan and Tobin Heath. Buehler is only the 29th woman to achieve 100 appearances with the US Women's National Team.
