UBS Wealth Management Americas Names Jonathan Brooks to Its Equity Compensation Business

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- UBS Wealth Management Americas, a division of UBS AG, announced that Jonathan Brooks has joined the firm as a Sales Director to support new business development initiatives in the equity compensation services division. Based in New Jersey, Brooks will focus on driving corporate client sales with key prospects in collaboration with Financial Advisors. He will report to Michael Barry, head of the business.

Brooks joins UBS with more than 15 years of experience in the equity compensation industry, having worked at E*TRADE and Morgan Stanley, with extensive corporate sales and client relationship management expertise. While at E*TRADE, Jonathan was a leading sales person during a period of aggressive growth and new corporate client acquisition. Prior to that, he led E*TRADE's Eastern U.S. client management organization and oversaw efforts to ensure significant increase in service quality, satisfaction and retention of corporate clients.
