Fastweb's Student Soundoff Program Speaks to Students
Student contributors provide insight into topics that matter to today's high school and college students

This is the new and improved information resource on Fastweb written by students, for students. The team of student contributors brings depth, diversity and authentic student insight to Fastweb which has helped students pay for school for more than 18 years.
In June, an outreach campaign was conducted, whereby Fastweb students with English and journalism related majors and interests were offered the opportunity to apply. They were required to submit a writing sample detailing their use of Fastweb and their scholarship search experiences. Nearly 3 dozen applications were received and final selections were made based on overall writing skills and academic year.
The new, talented writers joined the existing team to become the 9 member Student Soundoff team for 2013. Their articles will provide perspective and learning opportunities that will appeal to high school, as well as existing college students. Specific article topics are set to include, the college admissions process, standardized testing, study tips, college coursework, student life experiences and applying for scholarships.

The new Student Soundoff page is now active and contains articles from the entire talented team. The new contributors are Maya Moritz, Jamie Vincent, Kara Nelson and Diane Won. They join the five existing contributors; Kizzy Preston, Alison Graham, Laura Magerkurth, Paige Sheffield and Brandon Huffman.
