(NASDAQ: DRIV) will host an investor day for institutional investors as well as financial and research analysts on Thursday, September 19, 2013, from approximately 1:00 p.m. EDT to 5:00 p.m. EDT at the Omni Berkshire Place in New York, N.Y. Chief executive officer, David Dobson; chief financial officer, Stefan Schulz; along with several senior members of the Digital River executive management team will provide an overview of the company's key business initiatives, long-term growth strategies and financial goals.
