Taylor Capital Sets Preferred Dividend

Commercial banking concern Taylor Capital Groupannounced today its third-quarter dividend on the trust securities of TAYC Capital Trust I. The quarterly dividend is set at an annualized rate of 9.75%, payable on Sept. 30 to holders of record on Sept. 27.

TAYC Capital Trust I is an unconsolidated subsidiary of Taylor Capital, which no longer pays a quarterly dividend on its common stock, having ended the practice in 2008. Taylor Capital Group is the parent company of Cole Taylor Bank.
