OvaScience to Ring the NASDAQ Stock Market Opening Bell

CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- OvaScienceSM, (NAS: OVAS) , a life sciences company focused on the discovery, development and commercialization of new treatments for infertility, announced today that Michelle Dipp, M.D., Ph.D., Chief Executive Officer of OvaScience, will ring the NASDAQ Stock Market Opening Bell at the NASDAQ MarketSite in Times Square on Thursday, September 5, 2013 at 9:30 a.m.

Dr. Dipp will be joined by members of the OvaScience management team and Board of Directors, colleagues and friends to celebrate the significant progress the Company has made in advancing new treatments for female infertility. OvaScience began trading on the NASDAQ Global Market on April 30, 2013, following its transition to a public company.
