TYSONS CORNER, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- has issued its 2013 Bank Performance Scorecard, and has ranked Cardinal Financial Corporation (NAS: CFNL) 5th on its list of Top Performing Banks with assets between $1 billion and $5 billion. Cardinal was ranked 12th in the 2012 rankings.
