Who Gets Rich When Miley Shakes Her Moneymaker?

Miley Cyrus dominated the headlines this week after her (ahem) spirited performance at Sunday's MTV Video Music Awards.

While teddy bears and school-spirit foam hands may have suffered a loss of their playful innocence, not everyone was displeased with Miley's "We Can't Stop/Blurred Lines/ Give It 2 U" medley with Robin Thicke, 2 Chainz and Kendrick Lamar. In fact, the surreal spectacle paid huge dividends for several companies, such as MTV parent Viacom, Miley's record label RCA (part of Sony Music Entertainment), and, of course, Google's YouTube, which is raking in an estimated kajillion hits on videos of the performance, reactions to the performance, spoofs of the performance, and twerking tutorials.
